Introducing Scarlet Memberships — our new way to help you stay ahead of your hair appointments, build credit towards your visits and enjoy a few extra Scarlet perks along the way.

So, how does a Scarlet Membership work?

It’s actually really simple.

You choose the membership that best suits your usual hair spend — Essential, Signature or VIP — and make a weekly payment.

That entire weekly payment becomes Scarlet Credit for you to spend on your eligible hair services and products.

Think of it a little like putting money aside for your hair each week… except it’s already sitting there waiting for you at Scarlet.

Instead of your colour appointment feeling like one larger expense every few weeks, you’re gradually building your Scarlet Credit in the background.

And because you’re a Scarlet Member, you’ll also receive additional benefits depending on your membership level.

All Scarlet Memberships run for a 12-month term.

Scarlet Essential — $25 per week

Our Essential membership is perfect if you want a simple way to start budgeting for your regular hair appointments while enjoying a few extra Scarlet perks.

Your $25 weekly payment becomes Scarlet Credit to spend on eligible hair services and products.

As an Essential Member, you’ll also receive a complimentary blowdry during your birthday month, 5% off eligible retail, Scarlet Points on eligible spend and access to selected Scarlet Members First offers and launches.

And when you renew for another 12 months, we’ll add an extra $25 Scarlet Credit to your account.

Simple, easy and a lovely little upgrade to your usual Scarlet visits.

Scarlet Signature — $50 per week

If Scarlet is already a regular part of your routine, Signature gives you a little more room to build your hair budget each week.

Your $50 weekly payment becomes Scarlet Credit, giving you more credit ready to use towards your eligible services and products throughout the year.

Signature Members also receive a complimentary birthday-month blowdry, 5% off eligible retail, Scarlet Points and Members First access.

You’ll also receive priority access to selected appointment releases, giving our Signature Members an extra opportunity to secure appointments when selected bookings become available.

Renew for another 12 months and you’ll receive an additional $50 Scarlet Credit.

Scarlet VIP — $75 per week

For our clients who are truly committed to their hair, VIP is the full Scarlet Membership experience.

Your $75 weekly payment becomes Scarlet Credit, helping you stay ahead of your appointments throughout the year while unlocking our highest level of member benefits.

Along with your complimentary birthday-month blowdry, Scarlet Points and Members First access, VIP Members receive 10% off eligible retail and priority access to selected peak and Christmas appointment releases.

Thinking about extensions? Your membership also includes a complimentary extension consultation valued at $50.

Plus, you’ll receive a special annual Scarlet gift valued at up to $50.

And when you renew your VIP Membership for another 12 months, we’ll add $75 Scarlet Credit to your account.

Which Scarlet Membership is right for me?

The easiest way to choose is to think about what you already spend on your hair.

If you’re looking for a little help putting money aside between appointments, Essential may be all you need.

If you visit us regularly for colour, cuts and maintenance, Signature gives you a larger weekly hair budget with some additional priority benefits.
