Before scheduling your appointment, we kindly request that you thoroughly review our complete set of policies and comprehensive terms and conditions provided below. This will ensure a smooth and enjoyable visit to our salon.
By proceeding with the booking process at Scarlet Hair, you acknowledge your acceptance of our Terms, Conditions, and Cancellation Policy, including any associated charges for cancellations. Clients must acquaint themselves with these terms before finalising their appointment to guarantee an effortless experience. Scarlet Hair is a L'Oreal Professional preferred colour specialist and Kerastase trained salon. We only use the best professional colour and technology in the industry.

Cancellation Policy:

We use a tiered pricing system that correlates with the level of experience of our stylists.​ Please be aware that prices on our website are an estimate only. You will be quoted an accurate price prior to beginning any booked services. We use Vish professional colour scales to ensure the exact amount of product for your service. Any extra product needed will incur a small charge especially for longer/thicker lengths.

Prices online may vary to store prices. We will use our best endeavours to ensure that prices on our website are accurate and up to date, these prices are subject to change at any time.

We send a confirmation text/email 4 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call the salon a minimum of 24 hours before your booking time/date. Late minute cancellations/rescheduling/no-shows will result in forfeiting your full deposit.

Consultations require a $50 non-refundable deposit that is redeemable at the time of your appointment service & can also be redeemed on products.

We require a deposit before going ahead with ordering any extensions in the salon, this deposit is non-refundable. Once Great Lengths Extensions have been ordered by the salon, no returns, refunds or exchanges of colour, length or number will be accepted.

Please be mindful when walking into the salon without an appointment that we may not be able to accommodate your service request at that time. Our staff will endeavour to book you in at the soonest availability.​​​​

On the remote chance you’re unhappy with your service, we offer adjustments at no cost within a two week period following your appointment. All concerns will be carefully reviewed, and resolutions will be provided at our discretion.

We will pack & ship your online orders within 24 hours of your purchase unless an item is out of stock you will be notified by our team and refunded. If you are wanting the quickest method of shipping option please choose 'express shipping' upon checkout. Our complimentary free shipping with spend over $150 is standard shipping or click and collect if you wish to pick up in salon.​

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, call the salon on (08) 9534 5242 a minimum of 24 hours before your booking.

No cancellations or changes are permitted within 24 hours of the appointment. Cancellations and changes within 24 hours or missing your appointment will result in forfeiting your full deposit amount.

A deposit for all bookings made online, in-salon or over the phone is required, which then will be redeemable on your service.

You will receive a SMS 3 days prior to your appointment as a friendly reminder. Please ensure to reply to this SMS or call the salon on (08) 9534 5242 if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment please call the salon a minimum of 24 hours before your booking.

At Scarlet Hair we do our best at providing top service for everyone. This cancellation policy allows us the time to inform any standby clients of any availability, as well as keep our Scarlet Hair team members schedule filled, thus better-servicing everyone.

We appreciate and hope you understand that cancellation / 'no-shows' also means a loss of business and potentially a loss of new clientele.
Returns Policy:

​​​If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.

We will happily exchange any unopened or unused product or item in original packaging within 14 days of arrival, We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To return your product, you should mail your product to: Scarlet Hair Shop 9/ 651 Old Coast Rd, Falcon, Wa, 6210, Australia. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
